Poem Reading, Violin Playing

Sat, 27 Apr 2013

What a cool collaboration! FX Ouda Teda Ena or Ouda for short, a USD PBI academic staff member, read three of his latest poems accompanied by classical music performed by violinist Rio, an Elementary School pupil aged eight, at Rumah Budaya, Tembi, Bantul, Yogyakarta on Friday 26 April 2013. The three selected Indonesian poems for the occasion, all focusing on education in this country, were Pendidikan generasi muda (Young generation education), Sang guru yang papa (Financially poor teacher), and Sekolah mencederai pagi dan senja (Schools harm morning and twilight).
