USD PBI English Monologues
Tue, 12 Nov 2013
Twenty-four English monologues are to be performed by USD PBI students in Societet, Taman Budaya, Yogyakarta on Saturday 23 November 2013. The performances will be divided into two sessions, and that is why the event is called a monologue marathon. The 24 artists are PBI students who are taking their Play Performance class, which is facilitated by Krisna and Ouda. By the way, a monologue ['mɒnəlɒɡ] in British English or ['mɑːnəlɑːɡ] in American English, is defined as "a short play for one actor" by Cambridge Dictionaries Online (http://dictionary.cambridge.org).
