Mini Seminar by PKM PBI-ers

Four PBI-ers of Sanata Dharma University (USD) conducted a mini seminar on verbal language training for pupils with hearing impairment or deafness at Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri 1, Bantul, Yogyakarta on Friday 28 June 2013 starting 8 am till 9.15 am. The mini seminar was part of the community service  agenda items for the project Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa -- Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PKM-M) funded by the Higher Learning of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Dikti Kemendikbud). The four PBI students who became organizers and speakers of the mini seminar were Christa, Nadia, Novena and Rio.

To assist the pupils to use verbal language better, parents and teachers should continue giving excersises and individual training both at home and at school
