How can we USD PBI students become more confident, more hard-working and tougher mentally, for example? Well, what an excellent question! The 2014 Student Personality Development Training Part Two or Pelatihan Pengembangan Kepribadian Mahasiswa Bagian Kedua (PPKM II) of USD PBI, which was held at 8 am till 2.30 pm on Friday 22 August 2014, tried to respond to the question. The 2014 PPKM II was successfully organized, engaging some 180 PBI-ers of batch 2014, 18 lecturer facilitators and 9 student co-facilitators. The annual programme was coordinated by Ouda Teda Ena EdD, who was assisted by many other PBI academic staff members.
