As has been scheduled, USD PBI students taking the course Play Performance this semester are to perform 24 monologue plays in Societet, Taman Budaya, Yogyakarta on Staurday 23 November 2013 from 2 pm till 10.30 pm. To make the performances a great success, the 24 artists and their supporting committee members had a dry run on Saturday 16 November 2013 in the hall of the USD Mrican campus. It is useful for us to note that based on the online Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, a dry run [draɪ rʌn] or a dummy run ['dʌmi rʌn] means "a complete practice of a performance or way of doing something, before the real one" (http://oald8.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com).
