F.  Requirements and Procedure of Admission English Education Master’s Program (EEMP)
G. A very limited number of scholarship schemes are avaliable for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with relevant reliable documents such as from head of the community or from parish priest.
H. A foundation will have a special scholarship scheme of 4 + 1, that is, when sending five teachers to undertake the program, then 1 teacher will be exempted from paying the tuition fees.


1. Registration Requirements
a. A graduate of S1-Program from various disciplines, but preferably from any of the following disciplines:

1) English Education Study Program,
2) Indonesian Education Language and Literature,
3) English/Indonesian Literature,
4) A GPA of at least 3,00 
5) ITP/Paper Based) A TOEFL Score of at least 500 is preferable but NOT required.
6) TPA (Potential academic test result) is preferable but NOT required.
7) Letter from employers for applicants with professional experience.

b. Letter of recommendation:

1) Two letters of recommendation by a lecturer or an employer for applicants with professional experience.
2) For prospective students from overseas (WNA), please submit a special license and photocopy of diploma equivalency diploma endorsement and letter S1 from the Embassy or Consulate General in the country of origin of prospective students.

2. Registration Procedures

a. Temporarily, all registrations can be via email s2pbi@usd.ac.id and kaprodis2pbi@usd.ac.id
b. The documents submitted are as follows:

1) One (1) copy of a bachelor certificate (S1) and transcripts that have been legalized.
2) One (1) copy of ID card (or passport).
3) Health certificate from a doctor if any.
4) Two letters of recommendation from a lecturer/former academic supervisor or an employer.
5) Softcopy file of color photographs.

3.  Tuition Fees of Students for Batch 2023 (Check BAA for the exact amount)

1. DPP (once) = Rp. 4.000.000,--
(The installments can be paid up to 2 times, 50% of each payable in November and December in semester one)
2. Library (once) = Rp. 375.000,--
3. Health and social contribution (per semester)  = Rp 35.000,--
4. UKT (Fixed tuition, per semester) =  Rp. 2.200.000,--
5. SKS (Variable tuition, per semester) = Rp. 3.800.000,--
6. Other Fees are payable according to the activies such as graduation fee (Rp.1.000.000), on leave fee (Rp.100.000); Thesis examination fee (Rp. 100.000). The amount may be subject to change.
