This is a 2 - years program designed with :
- Challening assignments supported by a coach and mentor

Essential requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in any major from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.25
- Fresh graduates (graduated by 2012 at the latest) and final semester students are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Bahasa and English (both written & spoken)
- High mobility (both locally and internationally)
