ELS Admission 2023 (Batch 3)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
S1 graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4 scale
A pass on the on-site TOEFL test for candidates who do not have a valid ITP TOEFL score yet
A pass on an interview in English

DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
A copy of certified S1 degree scroll and official transcript
A copy of Birth Certificate
A copy of Family Card (KK)
A copy of Health Certificate
A copy of Identity Card (KTP)
A copy of ITP TOEFL/IELTS score
Color photo/passport photo
500-word motivation statement
Recommendation letters from two referees which are submitted through the website 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Open https://pmb.usd.ac.id/s2/cmb_login.php and choose the payment method to get the transaction code for logging in to the application form
  2. Log in to the application page for the Magister Program using the transaction code you have received
  3. Fill in the required columns and upload the required documents

Admission form: Rp 300.000,-

1st Semester Fee
DPP : Rp 4.000.000,-
UKT : Rp 3.500.000,-
SKS : Rp 5.000.000,-
Library : Rp 500.000,-

Social Fund : Rp 35.000,-

After 1st Semester
UKT, SKS, Social Fund

Sixty percent (60%) of the tuition fee is paid up one week before the commencement of the semester. The balance (40%) is to be settled one month prior to the final examination session.

All applicants are required to take a written test (TPA) from Sanata Dharma University and upload a TOEFL certificate. If you don't have a TOEFL certificate, please do a test first with your own funds.
