Associate Syatems Engineer
Reporting to the Support Service Manager, the role shall cover
. Develop installation plan
. Perform installation activities for medium scale project
. Validate hardware and software configuration
. Solve technical problem at client site
. Write proper technical reports after servicing a client
Competence, Experience and Skill Required
. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics with minimum IPK of 3.0
. 2-3 years hands-on technical experience in network systems integration;
. Knowledge of data, voice and IP networking architecture, topologies and protocols;
. Hold valid vendor certification e.g. CCNA
. Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited quidance;
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
. Customer relationship skill;
Desirable
. Experience in any one of these domains:
° Collaboration and Unified Communication
° Network Security
. CCNP certified
