Simultaneous Interpreting (Enrichment Course) – TISI 152 (2 CR/2 CH)
Simultaneous Interpreting is designed to introduce the students to advanced and extended
modes of interpreting and principles of interpreting. During the course, the students are
given practice to interpret English utterances to Indonesian and vice versa. On completing
the course, the students are able to spontaneously interpret a spoken/recorded
communication in English into Indonesian and vice versa. The prerequisite courses are
Interpreting.
