Social Psychology II; Intrapersonal Relations

Advanced Reading and Writing is designed to develop students’ critical thinking skills in
reading and writing through a metacognitive approach. To achieve these outcomes, students
will be assisted in developing metacognitive awareness, and critical thinking skills and
attitudes in reading and writing various expository, persuasive and argumentative genres.
This course is offered in Semester 3. To be eligible to enrol in this course, students need to
have passed Basic Reading and writing, and intermediate Reading and Writing classes in the
previous semesters. This course is compulsory and offered in Semester III. The prerequisite
course for Advanced Critical Reading and Writing is Intermediate Reading and Writing.
