Batik is one of the Indonesian original artistic paintings applied on a piece of cloth. Batik is well known of its unique process. The batik artist uses wax to cover some areas on a design in order for those areas to remain uncolored during the coloring process, which is done by plunging the cloth into the coloring pool. After the coloring process, the cloth is dried under the sun.
